The Great Tiger Willie Horton. "During the 1967 Detroit 12th Street riot, he tried vainly to restore peace. He stood in his Tiger uniform on a car in the middle of the crowd, pleading for calm. However, despite his impassioned pleas, he could not calm the angry mob."
This was taken at the Flint Elks Lodge during the Randy Wise Junior Golf Open. I used a 70-200 and was shooting as far away as possible so as not to disturb the golfers. I'm showing this photo because I like the way the ball is traveling along the horizon line of the hill. The best part of this shoot was they gave me a golf cart to zip around in.
